At best you will lose 5/6 lbs that will go straight back on the minute you return to normal eating, at worst you will feel really ill, possibly very light headed and/or headaches as your body tries to adjust to this unhealthy regime. 2. Visiting the gym doing low intensity cardiovascular exercises followed by 100 abdominal crunches. It is now known that the best exercise for cardio for weight loss is high intesity interval training. We also know that abdominal crunches are not the way to creating a six pack and great care needs to be taken when under taking a fitness regime to ensure you are not doing your body more harm than good. There is plenty of sensible advice around if you search hard enough.<br />

3. It is advisable to eat no more than three times a day and do not eat after 6 p.m. Do not eat real food, focus on protein bars and pre-packaged foods or protein drinks. Eating smaller meals more often is now thought to be the way forward and protein bars are for emergencies only. Nothing can replace &#8220;real&#8221; food as this is what the body recognises.<br />

This culinary creation from the former Mulligan&#8217;s Tavern near Atlanta starts with a hot dog padded with cheese and half pound of ground beef. That&#8217;s dropped in the fryer, then loaded onto a hoagie roll and topped with chili, bacon, onions and a fried egg. Mulligan&#8217;s was also famous as the home of the &#8220;Luther Burger,&#8221; a giant bacon cheeseburger with a Krispy Kreme doughnut for a bun.<br />

Remember, big or more is not always good for you.  A little common sense would help when it comes to weight loss.<br />

The U.S. Department of Agriculture&#8217;s 2005 Dietary Guidelines recommend no more than 2,300 mg of sodium per day (equal to about 1 teaspoon). If you&#8217;re salt-sensitive (that is, if your blood pressure is highly affected by salt), the number drops to 1,500 mg. <B>Weight loss tips</B> if followed, can be a life preserver for you.<br />

There is a problem with obesity and overweight in the USA today. You would think we could figure this problem out, wouldn&#8217;t you? There&#8217;s something staring us right in the face and we don&#8217;t see it. No one seems to be concerned enough to <A HREF="http://ez-lose-weight.com/">lose weight</A>. To me, the problem is as obvious as the nose on our face. It&#8217;s all about what the food industry is doing to us. They offer us processed foods loaded with fats, sugar and salt. They use chemicals to change our food. It is altered through additives such as flavors, flavor enhances, binders, colors, fillers, preservatives, stabilizers, etc. Unfortunately, we no longer eat natural food.<BR><br />
<P><br />
A diet of exclusively processed foods will usually lead to a variety of diseases including cancer, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, allergies, emphysema, stomach ulcers, impotence, hypoglycemia and arthritis. These countless diseases exist because chemically-synthesized substances disrupt the biochemistry of hundreds of billions of microscopic living cells which make up the body. Some of these diseases cause weight gain and is another reason to lose weight. <A HREF="http://loseweight-secrets.com">Lose weight</A> and you gain in health benefits.<BR><br />
<P><br />
Our bodies were designed to consume only natural, raw foods; we can all agree on that. Raw foods contain beneficial enzymes and nutrients that are destroyed through processing. To be realistic though, there&#8217;s no way we could all eat only raw foods, but it is recommended that we eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible. Eliminating all processed food is probably not going to happen for most of us.<BR><br />

We sould make better food choices and supplement our diets with exercise. We can opt for the apple over the apple juice. We can choose a baked potato or salad over french fries. We can choose whole-grain bread over the white fluff that is passed off as bread. We can take the time to read food labels. Chances are, if you can&#8217;t pronounce it, you shouldn&#8217;t be eating it.<br />

We need to respect ourselves and our bodies. We need to take better care of it by dieting to <B>lose weight</B>. Our bodies are amazing organisms, capable of extraordinary things. They are designed to filter out toxins at an astounding rate. They have a highly sophisticated defense system. They have an amazing ability to recover from serious damage. The key lies in providing our bodies with the necessary building blocks to accomplish what they were designed to do-to keep us alive and lose weight is extremely important.<BR><br />
