This is how exercise can help with your goal of losing weight safely and effectively:
1. When you exercise, it stimulates your metabolism, oxygenates the blood and burns calories. Also, exercise becomes even more important as you age because your metabolic rate slows down naturally as you get older. Another important fact is, your body produces a higher percentage of fat cells than muscle cells the older you get. There is no question about it, exercise is an important way to manage your weight. 1. High fiber foods such as fruit, vegetables, wholegrain breads and cereals, and legumes also tend to be low in fat. Diet is the best way to lose weight fast and safe. And to do that, you need to have a lot of protein and fiber in your diet. Dietary fat also provides transportation into the body of Vitamins A, D, E and K and helps in the digestive process.
