If you want to lose weight quick you need to look very carefully at your diet and ensure that it is going to support your body during the weight loss process. Your body gets the fuel it needs for energy and so the cravings stop and you feel alive again. GI foods keep your blood sugar levels steady and your insulin levels lower so that fat is not stored it is burned, enabling you to lose weight at a steady dependable rate.
