Obesity has reached epidemic proportions in America and also in the world at large.
Two out of three American citizens are classed as overweight, whereas as many as one in three have been diagnosed as clinically obese. Once the participant has returned home, the attempt to lose weight loses its appeal and things slowly return to normal. Similarly with slimming clubs, the initial commitment to attend weekly meetings starts with a bang, but this enthusiasm can wane and once the participant has missed a week or two, the resolve to lose weight starts to slowly disappear.
Apparently there is a 95% failure rate with most weight loss programs.
There are 2 crucial things you need to remember if you are to experience success with your desire to lose weight.
1. To eat the right foods for your metabolic type
2. To do at least 20-30 mins exercise a day
