Lose weight according to body type for a more effective, healthy program tailored to your specific needs. Body typing has been around for many years and most people can identify a body type just by looking at what a person’s body looks like. Body types are proving to have other far reaching characteristics and can even provide insight into why you are having difficulty or a very easy time when you try to lose weight. If you are not familiar with the three main body types this might be a good time to do a bit of Google research and familiarize yourself with the basic concepts.
So having given some information about the 3 body types you will not be surprised to know that the endomorph body type is the slimmer’s nightmare. However do not be too despondent as it is not impossible to |lose weight| if you are prepared to follow the guidelines.
There are many techniques an endomorph can use to radically increase the results of their desire to successfully |lose weight|, including special alterations to the training program. Training is a lot like nutrition, if you train the wrong way for your body type, you get less than optimal results.
Many people get frustrated with their less than optimal metabolism, but it is better not to use you body type as a reason not to reach your goals. You only fall short of your goals if you fail to adjust your program according to your genetics. You can |lose weight| provided you stick to the rules of your diet plan and adhere to the correct exercise regime

Remember that the carb intolerant endomorph needs to stick to very specific nutritional advice. Processed and refined carbs from their diet, particularly white sugar and white flour products are forbidden if they are to |lose weight|. The endomorph doesn’t deal well with concentrated carbs and rapidly converts them into body fat. The endomorph would be best to follow a diet which provided between no more than 30-40% carbohydrates and 20-30 % fats and 40% protein.
Once you have started on the dietary regime you will be able to fine tune the ratios to ensure that you achieve the desired results, depending on whether you want to maintain your weight or whether you are embarking on a diet to lose weight
