We live in a world of fast food, fast cars, fast everything. Most people want to lose weight fast because generally speaking they want to reach their target weight as quickly as possible, they then go back to their old way of eating. What many people don’t realize is that if you lose weight fast the chances are you will regain that weight just as fast when you have finished your diet. A recent diet called Fat Loss 4 Idiots, promises a weight loss of 9lb over the 11days of the diet. It is only possible to lose 2lb of fat per week. The remainder of the weight loss will either be water or muscle. Another diet called the Abs Diet plan promises a loss of 12 lb in 2 weeks with a restrictive dietary regime and exercise plan. Similarly the weight loss can be no more than 4 lb the rest will be water and muscle loss.
If you really want to lose weight fast then you need to change the way you think of the word fast in this context. A diet that promises that you will lose weight fast is manipulating you into believing it is the answer to your prayers. Lose Weight Fast Diets- are just a gimmick – but doubtless many will fall for them and many will truly believe they have lost 9lbs of fat in 11 days.
Weight loss should be approached hand in hand with healthy eating. Well balanced nutritious food eaten on a regular basis, in conjunction with a moderate exercise plan is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. In my opinion there is only one way to lose weight successfully and that is by losing weight steadily and surely. A sensible diet that you can keep for life is worth more than all the fad diets put together. So don’t be tempted to lose weight fast.
One suggestion that would help you to lose weight is to drink Cider Vinegar before each meal. However it is unlikely to help you to lose weight fast but it might help you to understand how to lose weight more efficiently
If you want to lose weight successfully with this diet then it is important to follow the instructions. First of all you need to use organic apple cider vinegar. Normal vinegars such as malt vinegar although they may aid the weight loss process are generally considered to be too acidic and also lack some of the trace elements commonly found in apple cider vinegar
The simple recipe is to drink diluted apple cider vinegar approximately 20 minutes before each meal. Unfortunately nobody really knows for certain why the apple cider vinegar works to help you to lose weight. Vinegar promotes and enhances the body’s own natural potential to dispose of excess fat by allowing a given expenditure of energy to burn more calories than it otherwise would have, thus reducing the number of calories that are stored as fat and enabling the body to lose weight.
Drinking the cider vinegar 20 minutes before the meal acts as an appetite suppressant. This small reduction in food intake along with the other benefits mentioned can result in an improvement in the body’s ability to lose weight. But you need to be aware that this is not a lose weight quick program.
